About the project and the Role:

The Associate Project Manager would be part of big international team located in several locations inclusive Bulgaria. The team is developing web multi-tenant SaaS system used to manage consumer directed health savings accounts in the U.S. Currently the system user base is over 50 million consumers. The role is under direct supervision of an experienced Project Manager.

Main Responsibilities:

• Helping the Project Manager review time tracking system, assisting with invoices and supporting project documentation.
• Supporting the Project Manager in monitoring the progress of the current team tasks.
• Helping the Project Manager in reporting and providing up-to date information to team and company management on daily basis.
• Working in communication also with team members from various other locations.
• Organizing, hosting, and participating in internal and external meetings.
• Feeling comfortable reporting to Delivery Manager and Client.
• Building strong relationships with the team, monitoring work process, day to day activities, supporting team spirit.
• Being vital part of the team, supporting improvement of working processes, better communication, and internal team collaboration.

The successful candidate would possess:

• Great communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
• Previous experience working with ticket systems (Jira, TFS, AZDO or another).
• Fluent command in English – both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of how processes work in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Previous experience on similar position would be strong advantage.
